No. Credits from top-ups and the ones you receive with Basic or Pro roll over with no expiry date, even if you cancel.
A free account with 1 GB of storage and 30 welcome uses of the tools (convert PDFs, images, audio…). After that, each use costs 1 credit (top-ups from $1); with Basic and Pro they are unlimited. To create with AI you top up credits whenever you want: creating an account does not give free credits.
For people who create now and then, use the tools a lot or need more storage: for US$5 a month you get 500 credits a month, unlimited tools and 5 GB of storage. If you need more credits, you top up as many as you want.
With Pro active, every top-up automatically costs 10% less and you get all the credits. You also receive 5,000 new credits every month and 50 GB of storage.
Yes. Cancel the next renewal from your account and keep your plan until the end of the paid month. Credits already received stay yours.
