Look at where the top of the scene ended up: on the left, rotate 90° right; on the right, 90° left; at the bottom, 180°.

TIPS
Rotating 90° swaps width and height: a vertical video recorded lying down becomes vertical again.
To post it on TikTok or Reels in another shape, Change video aspect ratio makes it 9:16 after rotating.
If you will send it on WhatsApp, Compress video makes it 720p and smaller.
Many phones save video in landscape and note separately how to rotate it. If an app ignores that note, it shows it sideways. Rotating it here puts the rotation inside the picture, so it looks the same everywhere.
It is saved again up to 1080p and at 30 frames per second, at high or medium quality. A 4K original is saved at 1080p and one recorded at 60 fps ends up at 30.
