The app has one too
Instagram can show a QR code for your profile inside the app. This one is useful when you want an SVG file for a print shop, your colours or your logo, and a code that holds just the normal link to your profile.
FREE TOOL · PRESET READY
The Instagram address is already typed in: add your username at the end (instagram.com/your_username) and the code is created instantly. If you download it without adding your username, the code will open the Instagram home page, not your profile. Use it on business cards, posters, packaging or at your counter so people can follow you with one scan.
HOW TO DO IT
After https://www.instagram.com/ add your username, without the @. Without it, the code opens the Instagram home page, not your profile.
Your brand colours and your logo in the centre, if you like. Keep good contrast.
PNG or SVG. Scan it with your phone camera: it should open your profile.
WHEN TO USE IT
Instagram can show a QR code for your profile inside the app. This one is useful when you want an SVG file for a print shop, your colours or your logo, and a code that holds just the normal link to your profile.
The username goes as is after the slash: instagram.com/your_username, not instagram.com/@your_username.
You can also paste the link to a specific post or Reel (in the app: Share › Copy link).
LIMITS
If you change your username, the QR code will stop leading to your profile and you will need a new one.
People who scan it will see your profile, but if it is private they will only see your posts once you accept their request.
Print a sample at real size and scan it with several phones before a large print run.
Type your username at the end of the address already shown (https://www.instagram.com/) and download the code as PNG or SVG.
