Carousel splitter: common questions
In what order do I upload them?
For a carousel, from 1 to the last, all in the same post. For a profile grid, post number 1 first: they are numbered so each piece lands in place.
Will part of my photo be cut?
If its shape does not match all the pieces together, the excess at the edges is trimmed, centred. The preview shows exactly what fits.
Which size should I choose?
1:1 (1080 × 1080) always works; 4:5 (1080 × 1350) fills more of the screen. These are common sizes; Instagram may change them.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. The tool runs inside your browser: files are read and processed on your device and are not sent to Cocuyo or to any third party. You can check it in your browser’s network tools: your file is not sent.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can try it before signing up; to download the result we ask for a free account, with no subscription. Your free account comes with 30 welcome uses; after that, each use costs 1 credit (top-ups from US$1), and they are unlimited with Basic or Pro. It never adds a watermark.
What are the limits?
JPG, PNG or WebP up to 30 MB and 40 megapixels per file, not animated. Files are processed one at a time so the tab stays responsive, even on a phone.
