AI photo editor: common questions
Is it a layer-based editor?
No. You describe the change in words and the model generates a new version. For pixel-level tweaks, keep using your usual editor.
Can I edit photos of other people?
Only if you hold the rights or have their permission. You confirm this once when you create your account, as the Terms state.
Can I compress or crop for free?
Yes. The image Utilities — compress, crop, convert and more — run on your device, without uploading the file. A free account gives you 30 welcome uses; after that, 1 credit per use.
Is it free?
Exploring the Studio and opening the Apps is free. Generating requires a verified account and credits; Free includes no credits, but you can buy a top-up without a subscription. The cost is shown before you press Generate.
