Resize and sharpen a video without AI
Set the resolution to original, 720p or 1080p and apply gentle sharpening. The interface shows exact dimensions before and after. It uses browser interpolation without AI: it does not recover missing detail. The result depends on the file and chosen sharpening; the video is recompressed.

HOW TO USE IT
Three steps.
Add your video
Choose a video your browser can play, up to 30 seconds and 100 MB.
Review resolution
Choose original, 720p or 1080p and check exact dimensions. Adjust sharpening from 0 to 50%.
Export and compare
Download MP4 or WebM and compare it with the original. Reduce sharpening if halos appear or noise becomes more visible.

Resize and sharpen video: common questions
Is this AI upscaling?
No. It interpolates pixels and emphasizes edges. It does not reconstruct missing faces, lettering or textures and does not use the retired video upscaling provider.
Does it always improve quality?
No. Sharpening may emphasize noise or halos and exporting recompresses the file. Compare the result and keep the original.
What do 720p and 1080p mean?
The aspect ratio is kept and fitted within 1280 × 720 or 1920 × 1080, including portrait video. Other formats have different dimensions: the interface shows exact pixels. Original is also reduced if it exceeds 1080p.
What are the limits?
One input video up to 30 seconds, 100 MB and 8 megapixels. Output up to 1080p. It needs WebCodecs and supported codecs in the browser; it exports MP4 or WebM and keeps audio the browser can decode.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No. The tool runs inside your browser: videos are read and processed on your device and are not sent to Cocuyo or to any third party. The libraries are served from our own site, with no external services. You can check it in your browser’s network tools: your file is not sent.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can try it before signing up; to download the result we ask for a free account, with no subscription. Your free account comes with 30 welcome uses; after that, each use costs 1 credit (top-ups from US$1), and they are unlimited with Basic or Pro. It never adds a watermark.
