HOW TO USE IT
Three steps.
Add and trim
Open MP4, WebM or MOV videos your browser can play. Select each clip and adjust its start, end and volume. Duplicate, remove or reorder it.
Review and keep
Play the sequence and check the cuts. Choose the canvas and resolution cap. Save the editable project: it includes the original videos so you can continue later.
Export the video
Export the sequence at 30 frames per second with WebCodecs. The browser chooses MP4 or WebM depending on its available encoders. Download the result from the same panel.

Video montage: common questions
Does the project keep the videos?
Yes. The .cocuyo-montaje file includes the document and original clips. Reopening checks their format, size and contents. Also save the exported video if you want to share the finished sequence.
Can I combine tracks or generate scenes with AI?
This tool prepares a sequence of consecutive clips. It does not mix overlapping tracks, add transitions or generate scenes. Use the Studio to generate AI videos; local montage is free with an account (30 welcome uses).
Does it keep audio?
It supports mono or stereo audio, volume adjustment and muting each clip. If the browser cannot read audio or the source contains more channels, it warns you and stops export; choose No sound for that clip or use another file.
How are size and trims adjusted?
Trims are rounded to the nearest frame at 30 fps. Choose the first clip’s ratio, 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. With the original ratio, a small first clip is not enlarged. A fixed ratio fits it to the selected 720 or 1080 px canvas, with a maximum of 1920 px per side. Clips with a different ratio are fitted with black bars.
What are the limits?
Up to 6 clips, 32 MiB per file and 96 MiB combined. Each source allows 60 seconds, 4096 px per side and 12 megapixels. The sequence allows 120 seconds and output up to 64 MiB. Export needs a browser with WebCodecs and compatible encoders.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No. The tool runs inside your browser: videos are read and processed on your device and are not sent to Cocuyo or to any third party. The libraries are served from our own site, with no external services. You can check it in your browser’s network tools: your file is not sent.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can try it before signing up; to download the result we ask for a free account, with no subscription. Your free account comes with 30 welcome uses; after that, each use costs 1 credit (top-ups from US$1), and they are unlimited with Basic or Pro. It never adds a watermark.
